Vinification refinement

The harvest is generally on the second week of september. The maceration process on the lees is carried under the controlled temperature of 24°C for 12 days. Fermatiotion in the stainsteel is followed by aging in new wood oak barrel for a period of 12 month. the release in the bottle is after 6 months
