Vinification refinement

The harvest is hand made during the first week of september. Duration of maceration is 12 days, at the temperature of 24° Celcius. The malolactic fermentation will be in the stainsteel steel tanks, followed by an additional 6 months in cement vats. The bottling will be with light filtation and release of the wine is about 6 months later.

On the palate is incredibily balanced, rich and intense with velvety tannins that give to this wine elegance and personality.
