Tiramisu


Ingredients:

2 eggs
150 g sugar
200 g mascarpone
1 box finger biscuits
2 tablespoons marsala
coffee
cocoa powder

Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add the mascarpone, marsala and egg whites.

Chocolate mousse and Grand Marnier


Ingredients for four people:

250 g dark chocolate
120 g butter
50 g sugar (granulated)

Ingredients:

500 g flour

4 eggs
